The Metro has ninety-seven suites at 1827 Albert Street, in studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom layouts. Rents run from $1,000 for an unfurnished studio to $1,850 for a furnished two bedroom. Every suite includes nine foot ceilings, four stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a rainfall showerhead, and air conditioning.

Every suite photo on this website is of a furnished unit. That's worth saying out loud, because it isn't obvious from looking, and people have assumed the couch came with the apartment.
Furnishing is optional. It costs $150 a month on top of the rent for whichever layout you choose. A furnished suite comes with the bed and linens, a sofa, a table and chairs, and a kitchen set up with dishes and cookware. You bring your clothes.
It tends to suit a few situations. Someone relocating to Regina who would rather not move furniture twice. A worker here on a contract for several months. Or a first apartment, where buying everything at once is the part that actually hurts.
If you would rather bring your own furniture, that is simply the standard rent with nothing added.
Accessible suites
Not many buildings in Regina have suites that were designed to be accessible from the start rather than adapted afterward. We have several, on more than one floor.
What that means in practice is a shower you can roll into with no lip to step over, doorways and hallways wide enough to turn around in, and a bathroom laid out with room to move rather than room to squeeze. They are ordinary suites in every other respect (same finishes, same appliances, same kitchens).
The building helps too. There is elevator access to every floor, heated underground parking with direct interior access so nobody is crossing an icy lot in February, and key card entry at the doors.
