About the Metro 1827 Building
The Metro 1827 is a 97-suite residential and mixed-use building at 1827 Albert Street, on the corner of Albert Street and 11th Avenue in downtown Regina, Saskatchewan. It is owned and operated by Regina Metro GP Inc.
Building history
- The building was completed in 2014.
- The site previously held a movie theatre.
- In 2025 we added 29 new residential suites to the building. That work was completed in August 2025, and occupancy was granted in September 2025.
- The rest of the building's suites were already complete and occupied before that work began, and were not part of it.
The building today
- 97 residential suites in four layouts: studio, one bedroom, one bedroom with in-suite laundry, and two bedroom
- Studios come furnished only; one bedrooms, one bedrooms with in-suite laundry, and two bedrooms are available furnished or unfurnished
- Accessible suites on more than one floor
- Elevator access to every floor
- 120 heated underground parking stalls
- Indoor heated storage units
- Fitness room, dry sauna, steam room, resident lounge, and shared work space
- Key card entry
